Booking and appointment apps
Let your customers book, reschedule, and come back without a phone call.
Search, prices, booking, reminders, and rewards in one app under your name, with a dashboard for every branch and staff member.

The cost of booking by phone
If one of these happened this month, the way you take bookings is costing you.
- 01
Reception spent the day on the phone and still missed calls.
Every missed call is a customer who may have booked somewhere else.
- 02
Two customers arrived for the same slot.
One of them waited, and neither left with a good impression.
- 03
A customer did not show up, and the slot was lost.
Nobody reminded them, and nobody could fill the gap in time.
- 04
You opened a second branch, and the appointment book could not cover both.
Each branch keeps its own book, and nobody sees the full picture.
- 05
A regular customer moved to a competitor that has an app.
Booking there took a few taps, and booking with you took a phone call.
- 06
You could not tell which staff member was fully booked this week.
The schedule lives in several places, and none of them is complete.
Inside the app
Everything a customer needs to choose you, book, and return.
01Customers find you on a live map.
Nearby businesses appear on the map and in a list, so a customer can search by specialty or location and see who is closest.
- Search by specialty, service, or area
- Nearby places on a live map
- Directions to the door in one tap
02They compare before they book.
Ratings, starting prices, offers, and opening hours are visible up front, so the customer chooses with confidence.
- Filter by city, service, distance, or who is open now
- Ratings and starting prices on every card
- Current offers shown before booking
03A reason to come back after every visit.
Completed visits count toward a reward, so the next booking starts in your app and not in a competitor's.
- A visit card toward a free service
- A history of every completed visit
- Points that turn into rewards
Screens show demo data.
One booking, before and after
What changes when booking moves into its own app.
Based on Naqrah.app, a booking app we built for private clinics in Oman.
Before
- The patient calls clinics one by one to find a doctor and a free slot.
- Prices stay unknown until the patient arrives.
- The appointment is written in a book or a WhatsApp chat.
- Every change means another call, and reception answers all of them.
With a booking app
- The patient searches by specialty or location and sees nearby clinics on a map.
- Services and prices are shown before booking.
- Reviews come only from completed visits.
- Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling take a few taps, with a reminder before the visit.
- The clinic receives bookings online and manages them in one place.
The whole visit
We don't build a calendar. We build the whole visit.
Before the booking
Search, the map, prices, and reviews answer the customer's questions before they need to call.
The booking itself
A service, a staff member, a time, and a total, confirmed in a few steps.
Before the visit
A reminder, directions, and an easy way to reschedule instead of simply not showing up.
After the visit
A review from a real visit, and points or a visit card toward the next one.
Rules that feel fair
In Qassah, a client receives a lateness credit when the salon starts late. Rules like this are designed in from the start.
That is how a booking app becomes a reason to come back, not just a form.
- 01Search nearby
- 02Compare prices and reviews
- 03Book
- 04Reminder
- 05Visit
- 06Review and reward
The customer never needs to call, and the business sees every step.

Your app, your customers
Your customers book with you, under your name, not on someone else's platform.
- The app carries your name, your brand, and your own store listing.
- Customer records and booking history belong to your business.
- You set the services, prices, hours, and staff yourself from the dashboard.
- You decide the rules for rescheduling, cancelling, and rewards.
- Each staff member sees only what their role allows.
- The source code and the data are handed over in your name.
Three ways to launch
- 01
Your own booking app
One business with one or many branches, under your brand in the App Store and Google Play.
- 02
An app and a booking page
Customers who do not install apps can still book from a link you share anywhere.
- 03
A booking marketplace
Many businesses in one app, as Naqrah does for clinics and Qassah does for barbershops.
Built for both sides of the booking
Designed for the customer who books and the team that serves them.
For customers
A few steps to book, prices they can see in advance, and a reminder before the visit.
For reception
Online bookings arrive in the dashboard, so the phone is left for the questions that need a person.
For staff
Each staff member sees their own schedule for the day and the week.
For owners
Revenue, visits, and customers by day, week, or month, on your phone.

An honest comparison
How you take bookings today, a booking-link tool, and an app of your own.
| Phone and WhatsApp | A booking-link tool | A booking app by FLUIDS | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customers book without a call | No | Yes | Yes |
| Your name and your store listing | Your phone number only | The tool's page and brand | Fully yours |
| Loyalty and fairness rules | Kept in memory | Limited to the tool's options | Designed around your rules |
| Several branches and staff | Hard to coordinate | Depends on the plan | Built in |
| Can grow into a marketplace | No | No | Yes |
| How you pay | Free, until bookings are missed | Monthly subscription | One build, then running costs |
When we will tell you not to build one
- If you work alone or run a single chair, a booking link is enough.
- If most of your customers book once and never return, a simple booking page may do.
- If you need a calendar for your team only, a shared calendar costs nothing.
When bookings are the heart of your business, they deserve an app that carries your name.
How we build it
From how customers book today to an app they use.
- 01
Review the booking flow
We look at how customers book with you today, from the first call to the visit, and where they drop off.
- 02
Agree the first version
You receive a written plan with the scope, timeline, and price before any work starts.
- 03
Design and build
You receive a version to try on your own phone every week, and your team tests it on real bookings.
- 04
Launch and grow
The app goes live under your name, with the code and data handed over. Loyalty, packages, or new branches are added in later phases.
Questions
What owners ask before they decide.
My customers are used to calling.
Keep the phone. The app takes the bookings that do not need a conversation, and your team handles the calls that do. Customers who prefer to call can still call.
Will customers download another app?
Some will not, and that is expected. We can add a booking page for them, and the app earns its place with reminders, rewards, and a faster second booking.
What about customers who do not show up?
The app reminds customers before each visit and makes rescheduling easy, so a customer who cannot come can move the booking instead of disappearing. You also set your own rules for late cancellations.
What happens when we are running late?
You decide. In Qassah, the client receives a lateness credit when the salon starts late. Rules like this are part of the design from the start.
Can customers pay online when they book?
Yes, if you need it. Many businesses start with payment at the visit and add online payment later as its own phase.
We have several branches and many staff.
Branches, departments, staff calendars, and services are managed from one dashboard, and each branch sees its own bookings.
Can it grow into a marketplace for other businesses?
Yes. Naqrah and Qassah are marketplaces where many clinics and salons take bookings in one app. If that is your direction, we plan for it from the first version.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on the modules you need, which is why we start by reviewing your booking flow. After that session you receive a written plan with the scope, timeline, and price before any work starts. The review is free and carries no commitment.
Who owns the app and the customer data?
Your business. The store listing, the source code, and the customer data are registered in your name.
Start with a review of how your customers book today.
In one free session we map how bookings reach you now, where customers drop off, and what an app would change. You keep the review whether or not you build with us.
