FLUIDS Digital WhatsApp Privacy Notice

## About this notice

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This notice explains how FLUIDS Digital, through FLUIDS Studio, handles information when you communicate with our business WhatsApp number, +966552041760.

## Information we handle

We receive your WhatsApp phone number, the messages you send, message identifiers and timestamps. Our backend currently stores incoming text and supported button-reply text. We also store outgoing message content, delivery status, errors, records of your permission to receive messages and requests to stop messages. WhatsApp may process additional information under its own policies.

## Why we use it

We use this information to answer your enquiries, provide updates you request, operate our messaging service, record consent and honour opt-out requests. Promotional or other business-initiated template messages require your opt-in. Sending us a message alone does not count as permission for marketing messages.

## Service providers and access

Messages are transmitted through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Our backend and message database run on Cloudflare. Authorised FLUIDS operators can access message records to respond to you and operate the service. These providers may process information in countries outside your location. The WhatsApp integration currently does not send message contents to an AI service.

## Retention

Message records and consent evidence remain in our service database until removed by an authorised operator; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. You can ask us to delete records relating to your number. We review requests and remove records we no longer need. Some records may need to remain to honour an opt-out or where a legal obligation requires retention.

## Your choices and deletion requests

Reply STOP to stop messages from this service. You can also contact hello@fluids.studio to request access, correction or deletion of information relating to your WhatsApp number, or to withdraw consent. Include the relevant number and the nature of your request, but do not send passwords or identity documents. We may ask you to verify control of the number before providing or deleting records. Removing records from our backend does not delete messages already in your WhatsApp account or records independently retained by Meta.

## Security and contact

The service uses HTTPS, a private authenticated sending API and signature verification for incoming webhook events. Access is restricted to authorised operators. No service can guarantee absolute security.

For privacy questions, contact hello@fluids.studio.
